I love blacklight posters! I bought some black canvases last year and immediately wanted to try my hand at my own little homage to the blacklight poster. I used acrylic paints, both brightly colored regular ones as well as fluorescent ones, colorful rhinestones, and a pair of '70s vintage mother of pearl flower earrings glued to the canvas. I then cleaned it up in my graphics editor and created a 300 dpi pdf from that.
 
It's definitely handmade/DIY aesthetic, and it was a lot of fun to make. I hope you have fun with it too. 
 
*Note - this digital download paintingis a brightly colored homage to blacklight posters, but it will not actually either glow in the dark or fluoresce under black light.
